Exercise for Weight Loss involves these 3 important components:
Use B3 Bands
- Use the Upper or Lower B3 Bands in all exercises including cardio and weight or tubing exercises

Daily Exercise Program
Here is what we recommend for your Daily Exercise Program.
Follow this 4 day program.
After the 4th day, repeat.
Day 1
Cardio with lower body B3 Bands
- Beginning: 8-12 Minutes of Cardio with
- Choose from: Walking, or Treadmill
- After 4 weeks: Continue 8-12 minutes with higher intensity
- Choose from: Fast walk, fast walk on treadmill, stationary bike, or elliptical
- After 8 weeks: Do intervals at 2 minute high intensity + rest 30 seconds. Repeat interval two more times
- Choose from: Fast walk with hand dumbbells, going up and down stairs, jogging on treadmill, stationary bike, stair-master or elliptical
- Delicious and fills you up so you are not hungry
Day 2
Upper Body exercises with upper body B3 Bands
- 8-12 Minutes of Cardio with lower body B3 Bands
- Choose from Walking, or Treadmill
- After 2 weeks Progress to fast walk, jogging on treadmill, stationary bike, stair-master or elliptical
- Delicious and fills you up so you are not hungry
Day 3 Cardio
- 8-12 Minutes of Cardio with lower body B3 Bands
- Choose from Walking, or Treadmill
- After 2 weeks Progress to fast walk, jogging on treadmill, stationary bike, stair-master or elliptical
- Delicious and fills you up so you are not hungry
Day 4 Lower Body
- 8-12 Minutes of Cardio with lower body B3 Bands
- Choose from Walking, or Treadmill
- After 2 weeks Progress to fast walk, jogging on treadmill, stationary bike, stair-master or elliptical
- Delicious and fills you up so you are not hungry
