Introducing the B3 Take the Burn Challenge! We are inviting all of you to take this challenge with us. Here's how it works:
Ex: Body composition change. Fat/Muscle % change
Ex: Pushups in 60 seconds
Ex: Lose inches
Ex: Add Muscle size
Ex: Sports Performance challenge
Step 2: Take measurements or scan yourself at

Step 3: Commit to workout 6 Days per week in the Bands, maximum 20 minutes in Bands
Step 4: Invite Friends to the Burn Challenges and to the Facebook group
Step 5: Scan or take measurements again at 30, 60, 90 days and share your results in the Facebook group!
